1st Shift Machine Operation Production

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the construction industry, is seeking a 1st Shift Production to join their team. As a 1st Shift Production, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Production

Location: Corona, CA

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour 

Shift: 5:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Thursday

What's the Job?

• Operate machinery and fulfill production orders efficiently and safely
• Prepare materials needed for each order, including reviewing and weighing raw materials
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of the worksite, including cleaning and debris removal
• Assist in staging materials for upcoming shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct quality control checks, collect samples, and adjust batches as needed to meet quality standards

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for weights and formulas
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for 80-85% of the workday and perform twisting, bending, squatting, climbing, or crawling as needed
