Respiratory Therapy Manager: Operations & Quality Leader

Belton Regional Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Manager to lead operations and administration of the Respiratory Department. The role reports to the COO/Administrative Director of Ops and focuses on staffing, budgeting and quality outcomes. The candidate will oversee staff development, regulatory compliance and performance metrics while working with administration to meet service standards.
