Job PositionResponsibilities:Maintain direct contact with supervisor/Managers for all work order requirementsRespond to written correspondence by email and other toolsCheck documentation (BOL's, Packing slip's) against inbound deliveries to ensure items and quantities are correct.Process items into the system and prepare documentation for put-away team to move product to final locations.Timely manage all activity related to specific client accounts assignedCommunicate any shipment discrepancies to customer service, and supervisorHelp with handwork when neededHelp other admins if needed.Qualifications:Proficient computer skillsPossess some knowledge in Microsoft ToolsGood interpersonal and communication skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to organize and manage multiple priorities, with accuracy and confidentialityMust be able to pay attention to detailBe able to function effectively in a team and fast-paced environmentAbility to lift 50lbs without assistanceBilingual (not required) but a plusMonday - Friday 5:30am - 2:00pm$17.00 an hourEOE
