Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselor - PRN Location: St. Louis, Missouri Position Type: PRN Category: Healthcare STGi is currently seeking an EAP counselor to support the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) in St. Louis, MO. NGA promotes employee wellness through a proactive, multi-disciplinary approach to service delivery. The overall objective is to get maximum integration of all the health and wellness components. Responsibilities Counsels and assists employees with issues affecting job‑related performance and personal well‑being. Evaluates and recommends outside treatment and counseling if necessary. Required Skills Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or relevant licensed professional. Required Experience Approximately 3 years of experience. Provides psychosocial assessments and short-term counseling services for employees.
