Join our team at Vialto Partners as an Equity and Rewards Director, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients in implementing and maintaining executive compensation plans with a specific focus on equity compensation.Key Responsibilities:Equity Compensation Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of equity-based compensation programs tailored for executives, encompassing stock options, restricted stock units, performance-based awards, and more.Strong quantitative, analytical and presentation skillsClient Relationship Management: Cultivate strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on executive compensation matters. Experience working with senior leadership within organizations. Additionally, mentor junior staff members to foster their professional growth and development.Equity Administration Platform Proficiency: Leverage your familiarity with equity administration platforms to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in managing executive compensation plans.Global Equity Program Support: Proven success in leading complex projects in fast-paced environments Assist clients in maintaining global equity compensation programs, navigating changes in tax laws, fulfilling annual reporting requirements, managing employer withholding obligations, and conducting equity mobility calculations.
