Merlin Entertainments is seeking a People Partner (HRBP) to partner at LEGOLAND Florida Resort in Winter Haven, onsite, supporting the delivery of the people plan and workforce strategies. You will work with Senior People Partners to embed new ways of working, develop strategic workforce plans and build leadership capability across the attraction. You will coach leaders, drive change, and ensure alignment with global operations while delivering engagement, pay, benefits, and DEI initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
