A day in the life

When your shift begins, you sign into your handheld RF device and head to your first assignment. You navigate the aisles, follow the scanner’s prompts, confirm barcodes and quantities with each pick, and stage items neatly for the next step in shipping. Throughout the day, you keep your area orderly, follow safety rules and company policies, and maintain the pace and precision needed to meet team goals. If you spot an inventory mismatch, damaged product, or a device glitch, you alert your supervisor right away and jump in on other warehouse tasks as needed.

What you’ll do

• Select items using an RF scanner based on customer order details.
• Verify barcodes and quantities for every pick.
• Prepare merchandise for downstream shipping activities.
• Keep workspaces clean and well organized.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Consistently hit productivity and accuracy targets.
• Report discrepancies, damage, or scanner issues to a supervisor.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

• Prior warehouse or order-picking experience preferred.
• Hands-on RF scanner experience required.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
• Capable of following instructions and working independently.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Proven ability to meet productivity and quality expectations.

Schedule

Full-time; schedule and shift to be determined based on business needs.

4:00 AM-12:45 PM Monday-Friday OT Mandatory
