Job Description: We're seeking a Senior Automation & Controls Engineer to support and improve manufacturing automation systems in a fast paced production environment. This role will lead controls programming, system integration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Compensation

- $130,000 - $145,000
- Full-time direct hire position
- Nashville, TN area
- Program and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
- Support automation projects from concept through implementation
- Improve manufacturing efficiency, uptime, and system reliability
- Partner with production, maintenance, and engineering teams
- Support equipment startups, upgrades, and process improvements
- Diagnose and resolve controls and automation issues
- Assist with MES and system integration initiatives
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with HMI, SCADA, and controls integration
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and networks
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
