Front Desk Ambassador Harrah's Laughlin

We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Ambassador to welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a smooth and memorable stay. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you'll play a key role in delivering our signature Family-Style Service.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

What You'll Do

• Greet guests warmly and determine reservation status
• Search reservation systems, print registration forms, verify identification, and obtain signatures
• File and retrieve registration forms during check-in and check-out
• Prepare room keys and assign rooms based on guest needs and preferences
• Assist with billing inquiries, adjustments, and refunds
• Block rooms for Groups, VIPs, Sales, and Casino departments
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support front-of-house operations
• Maintain availability for scheduled shifts
• Deliver Caesars Entertainment's Family-Style Service at all times

What You Will Need

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of related experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests
• Ability to read and write simple lists, memos, and business correspondence
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
