Pharmaceutical Sales Recruiter - Contractor

Talent Acquisition SpecialistYou find the needle in the haystack. You have a talent for talent. You source, network, and never fail to fill. You match the perfect candidate with the next phase of their career. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified pharmaceutical sales candidates. You will work with internal hiring managers to identify target candidate profiles and provide a slate of best-fit candidates to quickly fill open positions of critical need. You will:Source candidates through the Syneos Health ATS, job boards, and social mediaScreen and interview candidatesManage candidate progression through hiring manager interviewsEssential Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications or related fieldRecruiting or internship experience in a customer facing roleStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong computer skills including AI, web-based tools, MS Office skillsAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
