Dawsonville • Applications engineering, cost analysis and mechanical design (2D and 3D) of heavy industrial machinery • Hands-on experience and knowledge of fabrication and fit-up processes for heavy industrial machinery/ parts, sheet metal properties, and large scale weldment design • Sales drawings, full cost analysis, and quotes for projects ranging from $250k to $2M+ • Significant technical writing experience • Creates and maintains a master copy of quote template (Word / PDF) and cost sheet (Excel) for RFQ / RFI analysis • Creates and maintains all internal PDF forms (fillable forms) for RFQ analysis and part procurement. • Creates all maintenance manuals and manages all updates to past, present and future equipment manuals (digital and hard copy) SKILLS - • Machine Shop Trained • AutoCAD (2D) • Microsoft Office • Autodesk Inventor (2D/3D) • Matlab & Simulink • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Acrobat DC Pro • Solidworks Certification (In Progress) • EIT Certification (In Progress) • ECi M1 (Inventory Solutions) SALARY: Low $80s
