Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with established procedures./liliPlanned and Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and efficiency of plant equipment and facilities. Adhere to maintenance schedules to minimize downtime./liliCompliance and Safety: Enforce safety regulations and company policies. Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement./liliContinuous Improvement: Collaborate with instrumentation technicians to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Identify and implement process optimizations, efficiency enhancements, and cost-saving measures./liliUnion Relations: Maintain positive relationships with union representatives and comply with collective bargaining agreements.
