Experienced Automotive Technician – J. Allen Mazda
With our new facility opening soon at I-10 & Cowan Lorraine Rd, now is the perfect time to grow with us! As we prepare to expand our team and ramp up operations at our new location, we’re accepting applications now for upcoming opportunities.

At J. Allen Mazda, we’re looking for an experienced technician who takes pride in their craft, believes in doing repairs the right way, and wants to be part of a team that values quality work and professionalism.
We run an honest, efficient shop where technicians are respected, supported, and given the opportunity to succeed.
What You’ll Do- Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Perform advanced diagnostic, maintenance, and repair procedures
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer standards and dealership processes
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and leadership regarding vehicle needs and repair recommendations
- Document all work performed accurately and thoroughly
- Stay current on technical training, manufacturer updates, and repair procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support and mentor less experienced technicians when needed
- Experienced automotive technician with strong diagnostic abilities
- Proven ability to perform quality repairs efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Valid driver’s license required
- Manufacturer certifications, inspection license, or ASE certifications are a plus
