Must reside 80+ miles from the facility.
Relevant certification and experience required for the role.
Experience with the specified EMR systems preferred.
Provide high-quality patient care according to industry standards.
Effectively communicate with patients and team members.
Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records.
Participate in patient assessments and care planning.
Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
