Description Join our ENT practice at PeaceHealth University District in Eugene, Oregon. We are seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) general otolaryngologist to join a collaborative and well-established team. This position offers the opportunity to practice the full spectrum of ENTfrom bread-and-butter cases to advanced clinical and surgical carein a supportive and dynamic environment. The team currently includes 6 ENT physicians and 5 audiologists , providing comprehensive ear, nose, and throat services to a diverse patient population. Requirements: M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. ENT Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian ENT Residency Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon prior to hire) Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire. First year salary guarantee of $520,000.00 (based on a 1.0FTE) followed by productivity-based compensation plus up to 10% extra in value measures.
