We are a resident-oriented facility looking for a reliable PER DIEM RECEPTIONIST who is a team player, enthusiastic, professional, courteous and detail-oriented. Excellent customer service skills required! Must be reliable. This is a fast-paced and busy position in our front reception office. Must be able to answer a multi-line phone and assist visitors, residents and vendors at same time.

$18.00/hour plus weekend differential of $0.75 for weekend hours

This is a part time (3-6 hours) position that may lead to more hours. Hours are every Tuesday night from 5 pm to 8 pm (Plus Monday night 5-8 beginning late August). Additional hours are usually available to pick up throughout the week/month.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Answering a multi-line phone
• Use of paging system
• Greeting and screening visitors
• Assisting visitors and residents as needed
• Assisting departments with clerical work

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have knowledge of MS Word
• Excel experience a plus
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Must be reliable; shift begins promptly at 5 pm. Facility does not close for inclement weather and attendance is expected.
