You Have:5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications5+ years of experience with full-stack development using modern frameworks and languages such as .NET, React, Java, C#, or Rust Experience with SQL databases and NoSQL technologies Experience working in an Agile Scrum team Ability to work across both front‑end and back‑end development, including user interfaces, middleware, services, and APIs, to deliver complete solutionsAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirementsHS diploma or GEDNice If You Have:Experience with front‑end fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience using AI-driven software development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code, to enhance productivity and code quality Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environmentExperience with Postgres Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance  Master's degree Vetting:Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
