• Collaborative Practice Model: Join an experienced Med-Peds physician to form a dedicated two-provider pediatric group within a respected community hospital.
• Quality-Driven Patient Volume: Manage an average of 15 patients per day, allowing for extended visit times and meaningful engagement with complex cases.
• Full-Spectrum Continuity: Focus primarily on outpatient care while maintaining skills through manageable inpatient rounding and newborn coverage.

Who You Are

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Comfortable managing routine pediatric inpatient care and newborn rounding.
• Interested in long-term community-based practice and patient continuity.
• Procedural comfort with circumcisions is welcomed but not required.

• High Earning Potential: Guaranteed base salary between 260,000-300,000 depending on your experience level.
