What You’ll Do Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow safety regulations Operate production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor What You’ll Need Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in all weather conditions Experience with metal sorting a plus but not required; includes distinguishing between different metals and/or other materials for grading purposes and recognizing safety hazards Must be able to frequently lift 25 lbs or more, including carrying or pushing objects up to 100 ft Must be able to perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching Must be able to stand for significant lengths of time in an industrial environment with exposure to all elements of weather Your Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred We are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
