Registered NurseJob Title: Registered NurseProfession: NursingSpecialty: Modified Care UnitDuration: 14 weeksShift: 3rd shift (12 hours)Experience: Minimum of two years in nursing care, specifically in cardiac telemetry care.License: Current Registered Nurse License from the appropriate state or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact.Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for Healthcare Providers.Must-Have: Cardiac telemetry care experience. Experience working with a diverse patient population, including those with myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, strokes, stable arrhythmias, and other patients requiring closer cardiac monitoring and assessment. Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice.Description: The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing the nursing care needs of patients. This individual plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. The emphasis is primarily on delivering care to an adult patient population. The role incorporates essential functions that align with nursing standards of practice.
