As a Mortgage Loan Originator , you’ll be the trusted guide helping clients navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, builders, attorneys, and past clients to generate referrals Guide clients through the full loan process: application, documentation, approval, and closing Analyze and evaluate applicants’ financial situations to determine appropriate loan programs Educate clients on available mortgage options (FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, Non-QM, etc.) Ensure all loan files comply with regulatory, investor, and company guidelines Maintain accurate and timely communication with all parties involved in the transaction Meet and exceed monthly loan production goals Stay informed on industry trends, rates, and program guidelines Qualifications Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS required) 1+ years of experience in mortgage origination or financial services preferred Deep knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting, and loan process Strong relationship-building, sales, and communication skills Tech-savvy: Familiar with LOS platforms (e.g., Encompass, Calyx, LendingPad, etc.) Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong ethical standards and compliance mindset Bilingual is a plus!
