Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care in an 11-room OR suite performing scrub and/or circulating duties across a variety of surgical specialties
• Support General, Neuro/Spine, Cardiovascular/Thoracic, Orthopedic, GYN, and Robotic surgical procedures
• Maintain a 2:1 patient ratio and adhere to all OR safety, sterile field, and infection control protocols
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
• Fulfill on-call obligations including 1–2 night call shifts per week and 1–2 weekend call shifts per month
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team including charge nurses, surgical technologists, and specialty on-call teams

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado or a Compact state
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Operating Room RN experience
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Meditech EMR strongly preferred
• Charge Nurse experience highly preferred; candidates with this background will be given priority consideration
• Precepting experience is a plus
• Flexible, adaptable personality with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment
