Senior Electrical Engineer, PELHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established, nationally recognized engineering organization to identify a Senior Electrical Engineer, PE. This individual will serve as a technical leader, driving electrical design initiatives while mentoring engineering teams and managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.This is a high-impact opportunity for a licensed PE who enjoys balancing technical excellence with leadership, client interaction, and project ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead electrical design efforts from concept through construction documentationProvide technical oversight, QA/QC review, and guidance to engineering staffServe as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projectsCoordinate closely with internal disciplines and external partnersConduct system evaluations, feasibility studies, and cost analysesPrepare technical documentation including reports, specifications, and equipment selectionsManage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocationMentor and develop junior engineers, promoting team growth and performanceSupport business development efforts including proposals and client engagementQualifications (Required)Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldActive Professional Engineer (PE) licenseMinimum 10 years of experience within the A/E (Architecture & Engineering) industryStrong background in electrical systems designProven leadership experience managing projects and teamsAbility to mentor, delegate, and develop engineering staffStrong communication skills, both written and verbalFamiliarity with relevant codes, standards, and design softwarePreferred QualificationsExperience with AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design/calculation toolsProject exposure across healthcare, education, commercial, government, or similar sectorsKnowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient design practicesLEED accreditation or additional certifications is a plusCompensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $140,000 – $180,000Additional annual bonus opportunityHybrid work schedule (2 days onsite, 3 remote) with flexibilityStrong growth trajectory within a collaborative, team-oriented environmentWhy This OpportunityJoin a respected engineering environment with strong project diversityWork on high-impact, complex projects across multiple industriesClear pathway for leadership growth and long-term career developmentCollaborative culture with a strong emphasis on technical excellence
