Job Description

The responsibilities :

Receive and process customer orders by phone, email, fax, web and EDI
Enter orders and monitor them through delivery
Respond to customer questions about product availability, shipping and delivery
Coordinate with Sales, Planning and Manufacturing to resolve customer issues
Track open orders, backorders and purchase orders
Maintain accurate customer records
Ensure customers have a smooth experience from order placement through delivery
