Overview Order Entry Coordinator - Service Parts at LVD North America This range is provided by LVD North America. Base pay Base pay range : $21.00/hr - $23.00/hr What you do every day Receive and enter part orders from domestic and international customers via telephone, email or fax and facilitate returned goods activity with paperwork and technical data. Responsibilities Assist customers in ordering correct parts necessary for repair and maintenance of machines Provide feedback to customers on non-technical based service issues, including delayed shipment of parts or scheduling Identify part shortages and help expedite order fulfilment Identify and initiate drop shipping of parts from vendors Review customer order status for completeness and close if necessary Promote a culture of excellent customer relations through courteous, accurate and informative correspondence, both verbal and written Generate proper paperwork to facilitate return of goods for credit, salvage, repair and inspection Communicate directly with other departments regarding new service developments Perform other duties as assigned Skills Customer Service Oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills, with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task Self-motivated, accurate & detail oriented Demonstrated computer skills (Microsoft Office environment, Word, Excel, e-mail), internal network, and ERP System experience Salesforce experience is a plus Work environment will consist of a regular office setting with occasional exposure to a manufacturing setting Knowledge of machine tools and industry parts, assemblies and part order entry systems Ability to read and understand assembly drawings, bills of material, and product structures Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent required AAS Degree in a technical major preferred What we offer We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical, dental, and vision Life insurance for employees / dependents Short and long term disability coverage Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) savings plan with company match and profit share Paid time off and holidays Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Customer Service, Sales, and Engineering Industries Machinery Manufacturing, Metalworking Machinery Manufacturing, and Industrial Machinery Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
