Role Description

As a Software Engineer on the Banking team, your work will directly impact how people access, move, and manage their money. You will:

Design and deliver new features that scale with our growing customer base and help ensure a seamless mobile experience.
Collaborate closely with other engineers to ship high-quality code. We enjoy partnering on tough problems.
Create and maintain clear documentation — a must-have for a growing, remote organization.
Tackle complex challenges at scale, including sensitive financial data and real-time money movement.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience shipping and scaling user-facing applications or backend services.
Experience working on mobile or user-facing applications — ideally with React Native or similar frameworks.
Passion for your craft and care for the people you work with — you value quality across code, communication, and culture.
Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor.

Requirements

Familiarity with modern software engineering practices.
