Service Advisor (Sales)
Advanced Auto Tech
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join our fast-paced, full-service auto repair shop. If you’re confident talking with customers, thrive in a team setting, and enjoy helping people take care of their vehicles, this might be the perfect fit for you.
You’ll work in a supportive, climate-controlled environment alongside skilled technicians and a management team that values your input. We believe in teamwork, honest service, and rewarding success.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and gather vehicle information.
- Write repair orders and explain recommended services clearly.
- Communicate between customers and technicians.
- Follow up with customers and manage vehicle timelines.
- Help drive sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in automotive service sales or advising.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
