Job Description
Now Hiring: Senior Automotive Technician
Are you an experienced tech who’s tired of being capped on earnings? We’re looking for a precision-driven Automotive Technician to join our team. If you have a "fix it right the first time" mentality and want a shop that rewards your hustle with unlimited overtime and weekly bonuses, let’s talk.
While we are open to all talented techs, our ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience to the bay.
Why Join Us?
We believe in paying for performance and loyalty. We don’t just offer a job; we offer a path to higher earnings.
- Competitive Base Pay: Starting rates are based on your experience—and we don’t keep you at the starting line for long.
- Unlimited Overtime: Want to stack your paycheck? We have nearly unlimited OT available, paid at 1.5x .
- Weekly Performance Bonuses: After 90 days, you’re eligible for up to $100/week in extra cash—that’s an extra $5,200 per year just for doing great work.
- Insurance Stipend
What You’ll Do
- Full-Spectrum Repair: Handle everything from routine maintenance (oil, tires, brakes) to complex mechanical overhauls.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize power and hand tools to troubleshoot powertrain issues and calibrate sophisticated ADAS systems .
- Quality Control: Inspect every vehicle to ensure it meets our rigorous safety and quality standards before it hits the road.
- Shop Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized bay and collaborate with the team to keep the shop running like a well-oiled machine.
- Continuous Growth: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest automotive tech and procedures.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven Experience: A solid background as an automotive or service technician.
- Technical Mastery: High proficiency with power/hand tools and a deep understanding of vehicle systems (including powertrain and ADAS).
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to diagnose complex, "hard-to-find" issues independently.
- Safety First: A strict commitment to safety protocols and shop standards.
- Team Player Mentality: You work well solo but know how to collaborate to get the job done efficiently.
