Position SummaryNovra Corp is seeking an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent the company and help build positive relationships with customers through promotional activities and community engagement. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and creating memorable customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Represent the company professionally at promotional events and community activities
- Distribute promotional materials and answer general questions
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution
- Maintain accurate records of event activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong organizational and teamwork abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends
