We are committed to excellent service, strong vendor relationships, and a positive workplace.The Retail Store Manager oversees store operations, employee leadership, vendor occupancy, sales performance, and store standards. This hands-on role will help prepare the store for opening, recruit and onboard vendors, build the team, and support the location's long-term success.ResponsibilitiesLead pre-opening preparations and store launchRecruit, onboard, and build relationships with vendorsMaintain strong booth and showcase occupancyManage daily operations, staffing, and schedulingHire, train, coach, and evaluate employeesProvide professional service to shoppers and vendorsResolve escalated shopper, vendor, and employee concernsMaintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming storeMonitor sales, occupancy, payroll, and operating goalsOversee cash procedures, store records, and month-end tasksEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresLead by example and promote a positive team environmentQualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; college preferredThree to five years of retail management experience requiredExperience hiring, training, scheduling, and managing employeesStrong sales, customer-service, and relationship-building skillsExcellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to work days, evenings, weekends, and certain holidaysExperience in retail, hospitality, property management, event management, sales, customer experience, antiques/collectibles, consignment, auctions, or other customer-facing operations is highly valued.What We Offer$50,000–$55,000 annual salary, based on experienceMonthly performance bonus opportunityPaid time offSupportive work environmentGrowth opportunities with an expanding companyHealth insurance is not currently offered.Apply today to lead America's Antique Mall in Streetsboro, Ohio.America's Antique Mall is an equal opportunity employer.
