Direct Support Lead

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Pay: $17/hr Program: 545536_Wedge Menominee Prerequisites: Driver’s license with at least one year post‑permit and a clean MVR record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy. Direct Support Lead Responsibilities Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and perform administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. Supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals in the program. Provide direct support to individuals, including assistance with meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. Balance duties between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision. Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. One year of related work experience. Minimum age 18. Current driver’s license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance. State licensure or certification required by regulatory authorities, if applicable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with team members and those served.
