• Provide direct bedside nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health conditions.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans.
• Educate residents and their families about care processes and health management.
• Support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in their duties.
• Maintain high standards of infection control, safety, and accurate documentation.

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
