District ManagerAriens Company is seeking a dynamic District Manager. The primary focus for the District Manager position will be to actively engage and serve as a trusted business advisor to Ariens Company dealer partners to drive sales and incremental growth of Ariens and Gravely brands of outdoor power equipment.The day to day responsibilities include:Actively engage and serve as a trusted business advisor to Ariens Company dealer partners to drive sales and incremental growth of Ariens and Gravely brands of outdoor power equipmentManage and coordinate dealer partner activities to drive growth of both existing dealers and new dealer partners to achieve sales targets of commercial and residential outdoor power equipment productsLeverage available resources to achieve territory penetration and market share growth based on market opportunityManage business with existing dealer partners through development of account specific strategies to protect and grow Ariens Company's business and share position within the dealerAchieve territory growth through the development of new profitable business by building and maintaining sales pipeline of new dealer prospects in the territoryProvide management with regular feedback about the territory including sales forecast, market trends, competitive analysis, partner assessments, territory opportunity, etc.Manage territory development through implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to drive organic growth and incremental sales and profitEngage and support dealers in all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying customers, presentations, proposal generation, equipment demonstrations, handling objections, and closing sales of Ariens Company products to residential customers, commercial landscape contractors, government accounts, etc.The qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or related is preferredEquivalent combination of education and experience will be considered2+ years experience in sales, dealer based is preferredKnowledge of power equipment is a plusAbility to work remotelyApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.About AriensCoSince 1933, the AriensCo name has been associated with reliable, durably crafted, high-performance outdoor power equipment.
