Pulmonary Critical Care - Midwest - Flexible Practice Options

A leading health system with facilities across Wisconsin and Illinois is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pulmonary Critical Care physician to join their team. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a cutting-edge, newly built hospital located in a welcoming community just outside Chicago, providing a perfect blend of advanced medical practice and charming surroundings.

Job Description and Schedule:

For an incoming Pulmonary Critical Care physician, one can expect a 7 on 7 off schedule, or as a Critical Care Nocturnist - 7 on 7 off from 7pm-7am.

For a Nocturnist you can incorporate 14 on 14 off.

One has the ability to incorporate sleep into your practice.

Opportunities for inpatient critical and pulmonary outpatient into ones' practice.

For the administrative work, there is support to help manage the inbox.

8 bed ICU with open ICU and strong Hospitalist team

Level 2 Trauma Center

The EMR system is EPIC.

Financial Package and Benefits:

The incoming physician will join with a guaranteed base salary and benefit package. There is a 2 year guarantee.

Base Salary of $470,000-$500,000.
