Our client is a dynamic, full-service law firm with a strong regional presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality legal services across a wide range of industries. The firm’s Construction Law Group is nationally recognized for its deep experience in handling complex construction disputes and guiding clients through every phase of a project—from contract negotiation to litigation and dispute resolution.
This firm represents a diverse client base including owners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and developers. The team regularly handles matters involving contract disputes, construction defects, mechanics’ liens, bid protests, and public procurement issues in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation forums.

Job Details
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania
2–5 years of experience in construction litigation, commercial litigation, or related practice areas.
Familiarity with construction contracts, public procurement law, and dispute resolution mechanisms is preferred.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
A proactive, client-service mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
