Senior Frontend Engineer

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of our web platform. You'll work closely with our design and product teams to build polished, performant user interfaces that delight our customers.
What You'll Do
- Architect and build new features using React and Next.js
- Establish frontend best practices including testing, accessibility, and performance monitoring
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with designers to translate Figma specs into pixel-perfect components
- Optimize web vitals and ensure a fast, responsive experience
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and the surrounding ecosystem
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
- Strong understanding of CSS, responsive design, and design systems
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, Cypress)
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
