Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• At least 1-2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification highly desirable
• Demonstrated proficiency in surgical procedures and aseptic technique
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all phases of perioperative care including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op
• Prepare the OR, including room setup, instrument arrangement, and ensuring proper sterilization
• Collaborate with surgical teams to support safe, efficient patient care
• Monitor and document patient status throughout surgical procedures
• Adhere to hospital policies and evidence-based practices to ensure quality outcomes
