Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals navigating the complexities of co-occurring mental health and medical conditions, such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and chronic illnesses. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.

• Proven experience working with patients who have dual diagnoses, specifically addressing both mental health and medical concerns.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with diverse patient demographics.
