Step into an engaging contract position supporting students in grades PK-8 across multiple school sites for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact, working closely with diverse learners while managing a manageable caseload of approximately 40 students. You’ll be instrumental in helping young learners reach their communication goals, collaborating with fellow educators in a supportive environment.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, particularly with elementary and middle school students, is highly valued
• Flexibility to travel between multiple sites as needed
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Passion for serving a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students from preschool through 8th grade
• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to ensure holistic support
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required reports in compliance with school and state regulations
• Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decision-making
• Deliver services consistently throughout the school year, fostering strong relationships across sites
