Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $1930 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 2 years within the last 48 months (4 years).

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Phoebe Putney and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Phoebe Putney.

Additional Details:

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.

Unit Details: Uses Meditech. Telemetry-capable unit; nurses do not read strips. CNA ratio 12:1. Hospitalist in house 24/7. No IV team; may consult PICC team if needed. Respiratory therapy available 24/7. Common patient populations include CHF, COPD, ESRD, pneumonia, renal failure, sickle cell crisis, orthopedic surgery, bariatric surgery, altered mental status, and sepsis.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required. Holidays as required.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:
