Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care for a patient or assigned group, following established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of different nursing staff levels; coordinate with other disciplines to plan and implement care.
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor for adverse effects and document responses.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the health care team; participate in discharge planning and care transitions.
- Maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation and uphold patient safety and quality standards.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (state to be verified for the assignment location)
- Med Surg or inpatient nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
- Basic life support (BLS) certification or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the United States and comply with assignment policies
