Job Opportunity: Radiologist with Light Interventional Skills
Our organization is currently in search of a Radiologist with light interventional radiology (IR) expertise to provide locum coverage in New Mexico. Below are the key details regarding this position:
Key Responsibilities- Utilize various imaging modalities, including CT, ultrasound, and plain films.
- Perform procedures such as:
- Paracentesis
- Thoracentesis
- Arthrograms
- Image-guided biopsies
- Lumbar punctures (LPs)
- Hysterosalpingograms (HSGs)
- Drain placements
- Fistulagrams
- Experience with breast needle localization and breast biopsies is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Work primarily involves 30% interventional radiology and 70% imaging.
- Daily shifts of 8 hours, from 8 AM to 5 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
- No on-call duties, night shifts, or weekend work required.
