Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) Specialist provides operational and program support through coordination of employee experience initiatives, HR programs, workforce reporting, employee communications, compliance activities, and department operations. This role serves as a liaison among HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, leaders, and employees to facilitate the effective delivery of HR programs and services while providing a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

Performs other duties as assigned, including filing and processing mail. Collects and enters data into the department's software systems application(s). Prepares communications and reports using desktop software. Answers phones, greets visitors, and responds to general inquiries.
