Job Summary As a Senior Analyst, Reporting – Hyperscale, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end reporting activities across several joint ventures (JVs). The role focuses on internal deliverables as well as reporting to JV partners and reports to the Hyperscale Reporting Manager. The role requires a positive, proactive attitude and a readiness to grow with the hyperscale strategy. Responsibilities Manage the timely preparation of monthly management reporting packs for a set of JVs Assist in preparation of quarterly investor reporting packs across a set of JVs Manage commercial fee calculation for a set of JVs Assist the team with month‑end accounting activities as needed Assist in setting up new JVs and new entity additions to existing JVs Provide assistance to the Treasury team on finalizing bank reporting Collaborate closely with Accounting, Treasury, Finance Operations and FP&A departments Drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, new processes and systems to enhance workflow Work with an entrepreneurial team spirit Accountabilities Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs Perform commercial fee calculations Execute flux analysis and ad hoc deliverables Work with upstream data owners and cross‑functional teams to support reporting activities Qualifications MSc or BSc in Finance 5+ years’ experience in an Accounting/Financial control role Experience with IFRS or US GAAP is ideal Strong communication skills—both in person and remotely Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset EEO Statement Equinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an affirmative action employer.
