Pinnacle Staffing is partnering with a growing event and attractions company that provides rides, inflatables, games, and entertainment for festivals, school events, corporate functions, and private parties throughout Florida.

We are seeking dependable, safety-minded individuals to join the team as Driver / Event Set-Up Attendants. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates who enjoy working outdoors, traveling to events, and being part of creating memorable experiences for guests behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles and equipment to and from event locations.
• Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of rides, inflatables, and attractions.
• Perform basic inspections to ensure equipment is safe and event-ready.
• Maintain a clean and professional event appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring guest safety.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Work closely with team members to ensure successful event execution.

Requirements

• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
• Clean background check required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor environments.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.

Preferred Experience

• Driving, delivery, moving, event setup, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience.
• Customer service or amusement/event industry experience is a plus.
