Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Job Overview Hourly rate ranges from $17.25 - $17.50 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits Arizona Paid Sick Time Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs End of Season Premium Pay Program All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store. Help ensure maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services. Develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Requirements Minimum age 18. Flexible schedule. Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
