Food Preparation SpecialistTo provide preparation of high quality food while following safe, sanitary, and proper food handling guidelines for items being sold in the market.Essential Duties:Wash dishes, cleaning, sweeping, sanitizing, mopping, clean equipment.Use ovens, mixers, other equipment, transport hot food items.Support concession stands by transporting items in a safe timely manner.Any other duties as assigned by manager.General Description:Serving high quality food while following safe, sanitary, and proper food handling guidelines. Support concession stands by transporting items in a safe timely manner.Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age.Pass background checkAble to work with cleaning, sanitizing supplies and equipmentMust be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
