Deberes y responsabilidades esenciales Supervise los servicios al huésped y resuelva problemas Formación y coaching de los miembros del equipo Ejecutar un turno diario Previsiones, programación de la tripulación Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad y saneamiento. Supervisar la producción del producto. Orden de comida y pedido de pollo Formación y coaching de los miembros del equipo Descarga y almacena artículos de inventario según sea necesario Asistencia puntual y regular en los turnos asignados Actúa con integridad y honestidad, y promueve la cultura de HIgh Noon Popeyes Debe tener al menos dieciocho (18) años de edad. Cómodo trabajando en un entorno de ritmo rápido Capacidad para interactuar de manera positiva y profesional con los huéspedes y compañeros de trabajo. Disposición para aprender todas las áreas de las operaciones del restaurante y trabajar en múltiples estaciones.
