Call Center Agent

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous call center or customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers. Experience in customer retention is strongly preferred.


Pay & Compensation


$17.00 per hour
Performance-based bonus opportunities


Job Responsibilities


Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and account needs
Provide excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience
Identify opportunities to retain customers and address concerns that may lead to cancellations
Resolve customer issues while following company policies and procedures
Accurately document customer interactions and update account information
Meet established performance, quality, and customer service goals
Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced call center environment


Qualifications


Previous call center or customer service experience required
Customer retention experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
Ability to remain professional and calm when handling challenging customers
Reliable, dependable, and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
