Whether assisting with meal selections, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment, or simply offering a warm smile, you'll play a key role in helping residents enjoy each mealtime with dignity, joy, and companionship.As a Server, you will:Provide Exceptional Dining Service – Assist with seating, building positive relationships with residents and guests, and helping resident select their meals.Ensure Safety and Sanitation – Set and clear tables, arrange seating, and maintain the cleanliness and condition of all flatware and glassware. Perform dishwashing and organize clean dishes in designated areas.
